Manuel Mazo awarded Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship

Dr Manuel Mazo has been awarded a very prestigious Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship by the European Commission. In his two-year project “Design and validation of a conductive polymer-based system for the functional maturation of human pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes as a platform for drug testing” he will pursue his research on generating a device based on conductive polymers that will drive the maturation of human stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes.
