Stevens Group wins funding for robotic muscles project.

The Stevens Group, along with project leaders at the University of Bristol, have won £6m of funding from the UKRI EPSRC Transformative Healthcare Technologies for 2050.

The collaboration, emPOWER, aims to develop artificial robotic muscular assistance to help restore strength in people who have lost muscle capability, throgh a stroke or degenerative diseases such as sarcopenia and muscular dystrophy.
