Stevens Group member Dr Mathew Hembury et al has published a study entitled “Gold-silica quantum rattles for multimodel imaging and therapy” in the latest issue of PNAS! This paper describes the potential of these exciting nanomaterial innovations for applications in imaging and as therapeutic options for cancerous tissues and has been highlighted in Nanotechweb and Nanowerk.
